DESIGN
The design process begins with an initial complimentary consultation. I want to know what your general needs and wants are for your space. It is important for me to get a feeling for your likes and dislikes at this time.
The next meeting will include conceptual sketches about spatial planning. At this time I will make in-depth inquiries about color, hardscape and plant, material preferences. We will also discuss specific challenges and desires you may have.
For the final meeting I will present the final plan. It will be a working drawing including hardscape and plant selection details and cost estimates. Lightning and irrigation plans are also available if desired as well as maintenance plans.
Fees for the final plan do not include any costs for materials or installation. Additional fees may apply for communications outside of formal meeting times.

RESTORATION
My restoration services focus on reuse of existing elements in the landscape. I will provide you with a detailed list of our assessment.

- Replenish decomposed granite
- Treat rhododendrons for thrips and scale insects
Billing for this service is based on an hourly rate.
